Established in 2024, Cape Fear Radio is not your ordinary radio station; it is dedicated to spotlighting the local areas of Oak Island, Caswell Beach, St. James, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes, and Bald Head Island, highlighting the distinctive people and places that define Brunswick County and the lower Cape Fear region.
